Background
This toolkit is the result of a European Commission Sixth Framework
Programme research project (2004-2006). It has been researched,
developed and tested by a consortium of local authorities, consultants
and the private sector in six European countries. For more information,

USER AGREEMENT
By using the Toolkit and associated materials in any manner, the User
agrees to the following terms of this agreement.
Copyright: The Toolkit was developed by the LETIT Research
Consortium and is copyrighted. The User acknowledges these copyrights.
The trademarks and logo used in the Toolkit are the property of the
Consortium and no licence or right is granted to use any such marks or
logo.
Acknowledgement: The User agrees to acknowledge the Consortium
for its role in developing the Toolkit whenever the User authors
reports or publications based in whole or in part on the use of the
Toolkit.
Disclaimer: Whilst the Consortium has taken reasonable steps to
ensure that the information contained within the Toolkit is correct,
it gives no warranty and makes no representation as to its accuracy
